What am I paying for at signup?

Your pathway payment includes an Electude learner licence for your chosen pathway: interactive technical training on the Electude global platform: gamified interactive modules, guided how-to videos, virtual labs, workshop simulator, and mastery-based assessments. Upon completion it allows you to book for a practical workshop and exam assessment with Advanced Mobility at no extra cost.

How and where do I actually learn?

Accepted Answer

On the Electude global platform, from anywhere at any time on your computer or phone. You work through your Light, Heavy, or Electric vehicle pathway with gamified interactive modules, guided how-to videos, virtual labs, a workshop simulator, and mastery-based assessments. It is self-paced. Advanced Mobility does not run scheduled live Zoom classes for the digital training.

Do I have to do the practical?

Accepted Answer

No. Completing your Electude pathway earns your Electude certificate on its own. The practical workshop is optional, book it after Electude if you want a verifiable practical certificate from Advanced Mobility. For individual learners it is included in the pathway price at no extra cost. For organisations, practical is arranged separately per programme.

How soon do I get Electude access after payment?

Accepted Answer

Payment confirmation is instant but the Electude licence will be available on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.

Question 5

I already paid, how do I check my status or get my Electude login?

Accepted Answer

Go to /hub/access: no password. Paste the secure link from your payment email or SMS, or enter the payment code sent to your email. Sponsors: choose I’m a sponsor and use the email on file.

What certificate do I get?

Accepted Answer

Electude pathway complete: Electude certificate. If you also complete optional hands-on training at Advanced Mobility: co-branded certificate.

What is the registration process for an organization?

Accepted Answer

The organization's representative fills in the organizational enquiry form. The organization will receive a tailored training proposal and payment is made upon acceptance. Organizational learners are then onboarded in bulk and will receive their Electude login by email and WhatsApp.

Question 9

We manage a team program, where is our organization portal?

Accepted Answer

Open the organization portal at /hub/institution and enter the program code from your onboarding email. The public preview uses sample data until your program is live. Contact support if you need your code.

Question 10

How do employers verify a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Open /hub/certificates/verify and enter the verification code from the certificate or PDF QR link, not the payment reference (HUB-…). You can confirm learner name, pathway, and issue date without signing in.
